Value Added Tax

As of the 1st of January 2018, VAT is charged at 5% on orders sold and shipped by drocares.com within the UAE as applicable.

The advertised prices for products displayed at drocares.com are inclusive of any VAT. However, your final price will be reflected at checkout, once the order information is completed.

Refund And Returns:

In an effort to get products to the customer in the fastest possible time, products are dispatched for delivery automatically from confirmation of the receipt of payment. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on products after the customer has received the good after dispatch.

Return Policy We accept returns within 7 days of delivery in select cases only. For a return to be approved, the product must be:

• Completely unused and unaltered.
• In its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Subject to inspection and approval upon arrival.

Defective Products

We will exchange the product if an item has a manufacturing or packaging defect. Please check all goods at the time of delivery.

Modifications

We reserve the right to make updates to the information, services, products and other materials on this site at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms And Conditions at any time, and such modification shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions on this.
